Originating from my efforts at Hunter Angler Gardener Cook, H&H Books is the name of the company created to independently publish and sell cookbooks. So far I have four, all authored by Hank Shaw and photographed by Holly A. Heyser. 

I am based in St. Paul, Minnesota, and everything about my business is made in the USA: all my designers, editors, proofreaders, our printer and the warehouse that will fulfill your order are all here in the U.S.
